Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of the "AI Training — European AI Act" training services offered by Mirtillo Studio (EURL, SIREN 918 382 979) and Digital-ZEN, hereinafter "the Organizers", in e-learning, individual virtual classroom, or group virtual classroom formats.

2. Price

Prices are stated in euros. The e-learning format is offered starting at €100 including tax per participant. Video class formats are quoted individually. The Organizers reserve the right to change their prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in effect on the day of the order.

3. Registration and access

Registration is done via the contact form or upon acceptance of a quote. E-learning access is opened once payment is received, for a period of 12 months. Video class sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.

4. Payment

Payment is made by [bank transfer / credit card / payment link], upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Any late payment will incur statutory penalties and a flat-rate collection fee of €40.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of order. For digital content provided immediately, the consumer may expressly waive this right in order to access the training without delay. Business (professional) clients do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.

6. Cancellation and rescheduling (video classes)

Any video class session may be rescheduled free of charge up to [48] hours before the scheduled time. Beyond this deadline, the session remains payable. The Organizers may reschedule a session in the event of force majeure or trainer unavailability, with no compensation other than rescheduling.

7. Certificate

A certificate of completion is issued by Mirtillo to any participant who has completed the entire course and passed the final assessment. This certificate confirms attendance and successful completion of the training; it does not constitute a state diploma or a registered professional certification.

8. Intellectual property

Training materials are provided for strictly personal and internal use. Any distribution, resale, or reproduction is prohibited without prior written consent.

9. Liability

The training is educational and informational in nature; it does not replace individualized legal advice. The Organizers' liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant service.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action; the consumer may make free use of the consumer mediation service: [mediator's name and contact details]. Failing that, the courts of Strasbourg have jurisdiction over business (professional) clients.
